Devgad Fort,

  Devgad town has derived its name from Devgad fort. Also known as Janjire Devgad, the fort was built by Kanhoji Angre in the year 1705. The fort has lighthouse, windmill plateau, Ganesh Mandir and three old canons. The walls, structure, bastions of the fort are still in good condition. Panoramic view of sea and beautiful sunset is not to miss.
